Installation procedures from Oasis Well Drilling Company:
Installation of the MS flange
Install the MS flange on the adapter from the bottom side.Installing the adapter
Secure the adapter to the pump tightly with a wrench.Cleaning of PVC filaments
Wash the male and female PVC pipe threads with soapy water, then rinse with clean water and install into the square transformer threads.Connecting SS flanges
Place the second MS flange over the small PVC joint and connect the flanges to the SS beams. Use a lifting device or a crane to lower the pump by successive pipes.Pipe installation
Clean the pipe threads with soapy water, then rinse with clean water and install the pipes to the last pipe.Installation of wiring
Fasten the cable to the outer pipe walls using a winding wire, PVC sheath or cotton thread, leaving an extra length to withstand vibrations.Installing the top adapter
Install the top adapter on the finished pipe joint, adjust it for regular use.
Note: keep the minimum space between the flanges while tightening the Bolts on the beams.
